Writing this down to clear my head of ideas.

The World of Vidavee

We first came up with this idea through the vidavee logo itself. We looked at the logo and played along the idea of orbs evenually throwing out the idea of a giant orb that has it's own gravity. It occured to us that the orb could be it's own world, thus becoming the world of Vidavee.
Within this tight and efficient world of vidavee is where all the magic happens in creating new and innovative technologies. But like a company, the world has it's own spaces for each division to do what they need to do. The spaces will correlate with the initial 5 links and are real physical spaces much like in an office for workers todo their daily duties. In each space will be fantastic gadgets and machines.....some magical, others mechanical....but all operated by real people. We don't necesarily have to show the people there working, but we do want to show illustrative new gadgets that are used by the inhabitants(employees) for the creation of super genius tools. Think City of lost children but not so dark and alot more bubbly. Lots of round corners and pipes. The world is very small though, like a small sphere with a diameter of 20-30 feet. The camera will follow our host and or will zoom to key spaces where then the host will promptly follow, or even teleport to if need be.

"I'll meet you over there then," the host will say after the user chooses a destination.

~The Contacts space will be allegorical to maybe the sales department with a huge rolidex type mechine.

~The Products section will be the main production floor, possibly like willy wonka cholate factory(ish) conveyor belt.

~Tools will possibly be where the RND people are at, all chugging away testing the new ideas out.

~The About section could be some sort of environment that is like a board room or like the bridge on a star trek ship. That is where we can get information about the management team and what ever other information we would like.

-Vidavee podcast will be the transmission room maybe with a huge antenae to broadcast information to other worlds or planets.

Our host will play the role of a receptionist and/or tour guide, giving tours of the world of vidavee. Within each section will be props and gadgets that will be interactive, giving the users the feel that they can make pull on levers and push buttons to see what will happen.
