Well you have two methods for exporting these marked up videos. One is by taking the embed code and placing it on any, site another is by taking the video url for e-mail or some such. To put it back into youtube you need to make a video of the work you have created. We did not make this easy yet sorry. I am doing it myself by using http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/ it enables me to grab the footage and make a new .mov. if we get enough fans we will link in our transcoder to handle this.
